In working with my Sellers, we provide them with detailed market trends, accurate community information, and weekly emails of all their internet exposure. We embrace technology and utilize it to both my buyers' and sellers' advantage. Being an ABR, or Accredited Buyer Representative, our buyer clients, can view listings on sites personalized to their needs, and their financial limitations.  I work closely with Mortgage Brokers and Attorneys that can answer any questions all the way to the closing table.  We are members of the Long Island Board of Realtors, and we attain high standards of Honesty and Integrity in our company. I was recently enrolled into the Diamond Society ranking in the Top 3% of all Agents for our production. I am hard working, detail oriented and  believe that follow-up is the key to success.  My team of experienced agents / associate brokers have closed over 5000 transactions, so our track record speaks volumes. Recent sales have been from Brooklyn to Brookhaven, but most of our sales have been in Nassau & Western Suffolk.
